Platform Use Agreement

This Platform Use Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms under which you may access and use the Dossier platform (the “Platform”). Flint is a trading name of Dyvr Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 15369152 and registered office at 3 Swithland Lane, Rothley, Leicestershire, LE7 7SG, United Kingdom.

Dossier is a product built by Flint. By creating an account on the Platform or otherwise using its services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Definitions

• Client: The individual who creates a Dossier account to manage their personal commercial property database.
• Workspace Data: Records, notes, and other information you store in your Dossier workspace.
• Flint, we, or us: Dyvr Limited, provider of the Dossier platform and related services.

2. Access and usage

You may use the Platform to maintain your personal working database, connect Claude via OAuth, and use features available on your plan. Features, limits, and billing are set out in your plan or early-access terms. We may introduce new features or pricing updates with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law, including data protection obligations relating to information about third parties you store in your workspace.

3. Your workspace

Each account receives a private workspace backed by an isolated database schema. You retain ownership of the content you put into your workspace. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process, store, and serve your workspace data as required to deliver the service.

4. AI and Claude integrations

When you connect Claude or use AI-assisted features, you authorise processing of relevant workspace content to provide those features. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them in client or legal contexts.

5. Third-party services and subprocessors

You authorise us to use subprocessors to support platform functionality, including:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and related services
• Vercel — application hosting and runtime
• Anthropic — AI services accessed through Claude

A fuller list may appear in our Privacy Policy. Your use of third-party products (for example Claude) is also subject to their terms.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in and to the Platform, including software, design, and underlying infrastructure. You retain ownership of your workspace content subject to the licence above.

7. Liability

We will take reasonable steps to maintain uptime, data security, and service availability. We do not guarantee that outputs from AI features are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular transaction or client communication.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination and suspension

You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion subject to product controls and any outstanding fees.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach this Agreement, misuse the Platform, or fail to pay subscription fees when due.

After termination, we may retain data for a limited period where needed for legal, accounting, or security reasons, then delete or anonymise it unless the law requires otherwise.

9. Updates to this Agreement

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 14 days in advance where reasonably practicable. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
